We understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally, a student may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the guidelines for refund requests to ensure transparency and fairness.
Course Cancellation: In the rare event that Tiwar Education cancels a course or program, students will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees
Student Withdrawal: If a student chooses to withdraw from a course or program, the refund eligibility will depend on the following:
Withdrawal within the first week of the course: 100% refund of the course fees.
Withdrawal within the second week of the course: 50% refund of the course fees.
Withdrawal after the second week of the course: No refund will be provided.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Tiwar Education understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
In such cases, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to
documentation and approval.
